Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

A. Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MushMoons GmbH, info@mushmoons.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery.
