Shipping within Germany
Shipping within Germany costs €4.20 per order.
For orders over €30.00, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries to the EU and Switzerland 
We charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90 per order within the EU and to Switzerland. Deliveries are not tracked.
For orders over €50.00, shipping is free of charge.

Customs and Tax Information

We, MushMoons GmbH, are tax-registered throughout the EU.
This means: all orders already include valid VAT and any applicable customs duties.

·       You will not incur any additional customs or tax charges.

·       All shipments are fully cleared through customs by us.

·       If a shipping provider (e.g., DHL) still issues you a customs invoice, please contact us immediately — we’ll resolve the matter for you.

So you can shop with peace of mind, free from unexpected fees.

Orders to Switzerland could incur import duties, payable by the customer.
